In Vladikavkaz, the regional stage of the “Road Patrol” field training competition has begun, in which military traffic inspectors of the Southern Military District (YuVO) from Rostov-on-Don, Kamyshin, Maikop, Sochi, Prokhladny, Vladikavkaz, Stavropol, Grozny, Simferopol and Tskhinvali take part.
At the Shalkhi training ground and on the basis of the 116th Territorial Military Automobile Inspectorate (VAI) (territorial), servicemen demonstrate their skills and extreme driving skills, perform PM and AK-74 firing at emerging targets, provide first aid and extinguish a fire that has arisen in as a result of a conditional accident.
In addition, traffic inspectors regulate traffic at a conventional intersection, compete in eliminating emergency vehicle problems and the ability to effectively use instruments for technical inspection.
It is noted that the competition will be held in new Lada-Vesta patrol cars.
According to the results of the regional stage of the competition, the composition of the team will be determined, which in early June will take part in the all-army competition “Road Patrol”.
On April 8, at the training ground of the Angarsk Army Corps of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet), joint special exercises of the military police (VP) and the military automobile inspection (VAI) of the Black Sea Fleet were held.
