The regional control center will open in Primorye by December

The process of creating a Regional Management Center in the Primorsky Territory is 86% complete. The LRC operator has already been registered and is ready to start work, technical specialists are working out algorithms for collecting information, and future employees of the center are studying the regulatory framework.

According to the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the region, among the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District Primorye continues to hold the lead in the pace of preparation for the start of the SDGs, reports IA PrimaMedia.

“A separate subdivision of the Dialogue Regions ANO should start working day by day – the system operator and the competence center of the Primorsky Territory Region Management Center, which will conduct training for employees, inform residents about the opportunities that are opening up, and also ensure that the SDG works effectively and without any complaints, ”the experts commented.

By December 1, the Regional Management Center should start working. The digital unit is designed to speed up the work of the authorities with signals from the field – in automatic mode, the system will process messages from social networks and citizens’ appeals about bad roads, leaking roofs and other problems that need to be addressed. As noted by Vostokmedia, in addition to Vladivostok, the SDG will gradually cover all major cities of the region, and in the future – the entire region.

Earlier, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation proposed to allocate 26.4 billion rubles for the creation of regional control centers (LRC). Offices will be opened in each constituent entity – a single window that will receive and process complaints from citizens electronically submitted to government agencies throughout the country, and the SDGs will collect not only requests from official portals, the website of government services and hotlines, but also mentions in social networks and complaints in messengers. It is assumed that this will allow you to find the most painful points and, by solving problems, prevent their reappearance.
