To eat less, you need to consciously approach food intake. Clinical psychologist, eating behavior correction specialist Varvara Zarodina said this in an interview with Sputnik radio.

For this, the specialist recommended writing down what was eaten. This, she said, will provide a more complete picture of diet and frequency of meals.

“It is good to plan your meal schedule: what will you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, what will you eat between meals. It disciplines, ”said Zarodina.

The psychologist also advised to remove cookies and sweets from the access zone so that you would not be tempted to eat them.

Nutritionist, assistant of the Department of Healthy Lifestyle and Dietetics of Rostov State Medical University Viktoria Dudareva, for her part, said that it is possible to get the body in shape thanks to rational nutrition. According to her, you need to eat four to five times a day. In this case, “there is less tension in all the enzymatic systems of the body and food is distributed evenly, in normal quantities, without overloading.”

The specialist recommended meat, cereals, pasta, fruits and vegetables as products suitable for consumption in the morning. After lunch, according to the doctor, fish, vegetable and dairy dishes should be included in the diet.
