Rada deputy from the Opposition Platform – For Life party Renat Kuzmin believes that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and his team deceived the citizens of the country, not keeping their election promises. He stated this on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel.
The legislator compared the Ukrainian elections themselves with a “wedding” and “adultery”. Kuzmin believes that the voter, as well as the groom who is unsure of the decency of the future wife, must not make a mistake in the elections and choose the government that will not deceive the people.
“I must say that this time President Zelensky and his team managed to deceive us all,” says the parliamentary deputy. According to Kuzmin, Zelensky’s team promised to end the war in Donbass, stop violent Ukrainization and lower tariffs, but they deceived the Ukrainians.
The Ukrainian lawmaker added that the head of state personally promised to stop the war and said that he could do it “quickly and easily”, but did not keep his word. According to the parliamentarian, this is a betrayal.
