For several years, the Rosselkhoznadzor has been checking the activities of the owner of a 5-hectare land plot in the Suvorovsky District of the Tula Region. The employees of the Department found out that no measures were taken at the site to protect lands and protect soils. Soil fertility was not maintained
The owner was repeatedly given orders to eliminate violations, but no measures were taken. As a result, the materials of the checks were sent to the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tula Region. At the same time, the issue of seizing the site from the owner was being resolved.
The relevant ministry, taking as a basis the materials of the inspection of the Rosselkhoznadzor, went to court. As a result, the court ruled to seize the site and sell it at a public auction.
