The mother of four children who died in a fire in a village in the Kirov region was found visiting a friend. About this on Saturday, October 31, writes the press service of the regional government in the Telegram channel.
The fact that in the village of Lozhkari, Yuryansky district, on Isakovskaya street, there was a fire in an apartment building became known the day before. The area of the fire was 9 sq. m. Four children from eight months to four years old, who were alone in the apartment, died.
“After the fire, the mother of the dead children was found with a friend. The woman could not explain why she left her young sons alone, ”the message says.
According to the government of the Kirov region, the mother of the deceased children was born in 1996, the father was born in 1998. The dead children – four boys: 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020 years of birth.
In 2019, the Commission on Minors’ Affairs registered the family for improper parenting. The reason was the unsanitary conditions in the apartment, lack of food and constant earnings from the parents. They carried out preventive work with the family, social security agencies provided food assistance, brought clothes, and cots for children were purchased.
The regional government indicated that the social security authorities paid a monthly visit to the family. During the last check it was found that the father was working in Kazan, some of the children were placed in a kindergarten, which they attended for several hours a day. The representatives of the social security authorities did not record the shortage of food, there was no alcohol in the apartment.
Employees of the Emergencies Ministry and the Investigative Committee are working at the scene of the tragedy. The causes of the fire and the circumstances of the incident are established. The prosecutor’s office took control of the investigation of the criminal case initiated into the death of minors.
Also the day before, two men died in a fire in a wooden house in Tatarstan. The fire took place on Polevoy Street in the village of Bessonovo.
