Every fifth Russian is planning a trip during the May holidays. The most popular destinations are Crimea, Sochi and Kaliningrad. This is evidenced by the data of “Sberbank Insurance” and the service Tutu.ru. The most popular route was Moscow – Simferopol. In second place are flights from Moscow to Sochi, in third place – to Kaliningrad. The top 10 also includes directions to Mineralnye Vody, Krasnodar, Anapa and Yekaterinburg, and from St. Petersburg to Sochi and Simferopol. Traditionally, the top ten most in-demand flights include flights on the Moscow – St. Petersburg route. ”According to these services, prices for flights on the most popular routes have changed little compared to 2019. A Moscow-Simferopol ticket cost buyers an average of 6,542 rubles per one way – 4% more expensive than in 2019. The flight to Sochi went up by 1%. But flights from Moscow fell in price: to Anapa (-24%), Yekaterinburg (-22%), St. Petersburg (-18%) and Kaliningrad (-11%).
