The Ministry of Emergency Situations denied data on victims of a fire in a Moscow hotel

No one died as a result of a fire that broke out on the night of May 4 in the southeast of Moscow, the Moscow Emergencies Ministry said.

The department noted that during the extinguishing of the fire, 305 people were rescued, seven people were injured, three of them required resuscitation.

“Thanks to the efforts of the medical teams in place, one person came to consciousness. The reanimation of the two people continues. There are no casualties, ”the message says.

The Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office has initiated an inspection in connection with the fire, according to the website of the supervisory authority.

It is noted that during the audit, the reasons for what happened will be established, and an assessment will be made of compliance with the requirements of the legislation, including fire safety, as well as the safety of the services provided.

The fire started in the hotel “Vechny Zov” at the address: 6 Kozhukhovskaya, 26 on the night of Tuesday, May 4. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire was on the ground floor and in the corridor. At 04:30 Moscow time, the fire was extinguished.
