The Minister of Health of the Don region, Tatyana Bykovskaya, announced a possible increase in the incidence of coronavirus in August. The head of the Ministry of Health announced this during a briefing on July 30.

Tatyana Bykovskaya believes that the holiday season may affect the growth of morbidity. In July, a huge number of Donetsk residents went on vacation. Those who return home by the end of the summer may well be sick.

– Most likely, the increase in cases of coronavirus is expected in the second half of August, – added the minister. – I think we will have an increase, because a large number of people from different regions of the country are on the southern coast, and in the last month of summer they will return home.

By the way, the Rostov region has restored communication with many regions of Russia. Almost all directions to the Krasnodar Territory work. In August, trains will start running from Rostov to Crimea. The Don region does not impose restrictions on the movement of tourists, and at the same time does not move on to the next stage of mitigation, citing the tense epidemiological situation in the region.
