The accused of killing 10 people in Colorado has previously appeared in court for assaulting his classmate, reports ABC News.

We will remind that on Monday an unknown person shot 10 people in the city of Boulder in the King Soopers store, including one police officer. The attacker was detained and taken to hospital with injuries. Local police later announced that the attacker had been identified as a 21-year-old resident of Ahmad Al Issa state.

As noted, in 2018, 18-year-old Al Issa was found guilty of assaulting his classmate. According to the materials of the court, the young man “entered the classroom, approached the victim (his classmate) and hit him on the head.” According to him, the victim had previously laughed at him and gave him “racist nicknames.” After the attack, Al Issa was sentenced to probation and community service.
