Clinical hospital No. 31 received a fine. She will have to pay 200 thousand rubles for non-compliance with the rules developed and introduced by Rospotrebnadzor specialists. In early July, medical doctors discovered that hospital staff at 31 did not wear protective medical masks, although the hospital had a supply of them. In addition, the hospital was unable to report in writing on the regular disinfection of ventilation ducts and did not ask patients for information about their relatives’ travels abroad.
Another violation was the fact that the hospital did not transfer to a remote mode of work for physicians who were over 65 years old. Recall that it was in this hospital that the founder of CT studies in St. Petersburg, doctor Viktor Parafilo, worked. He was the head of the clinic’s radiology diagnostics and personally conducted research on patients arriving during the pandemic. Viktor Parafilo, 71, contracted the coronavirus and died from complications caused by it.
