He described the delivery of the Russian vaccine to Argentina as a historic moment and an excellent example of cooperation.
In addition, Dmitriev said that 2021 should be the year of victory over coronavirus infection.
On the same day, Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko called the victory over COVID-19 a priority for 2021.
