Since August 6, 2020, Yuri Nikolaevich Timonin has been appointed the first deputy head of the administration of Tula. Today he was presented at a working meeting with deputy heads of administration. The videoconferencing regime was attended by the heads of the territorial districts and the heads of the specialized departments.

Yuri Nikolaevich Timonin graduated from the Ivanovo Power Engineering Institute, candidate of technical sciences. From 2000 to 2013, he completed several advanced training courses, including the Modern Leader program with a degree in Management at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

He has worked in the energy sector for 35 years. Has regional and state awards, the honorary title “Honored Power Engineer of the Russian Federation”.

Prior to his appointment in the administration, he held the position of Deputy General Director – Director of the Tulenergo branch of PJSC MRSK Center and Volga Region.
