Analyst-researcher of digital products of Roskachestvo Elvina Nasibulina in an interview with the Prime agency on Monday, February 15, spoke about the need to comply with the rules of digital hygiene not only when working with a computer, but also with a mobile phone.

The specialist said that malicious software can help attackers get hold of the personal and payment data of the smartphone owner. In addition, you should not forget about spyware that can spy on the owner of the gadget, take photos, record video and sound, and collect other data.

In this regard, the expert recalled that before giving the application permission to use the data, you need to carefully study the information about it, the NSN reports.

According to Nasibulina, most of the dangers threaten the owners of smartphones based on the Android OS. The analyst explained that if the settings on the gadget were changed without the participation of the owner, the battery began to discharge faster, the phone began to work slowly and warm up, reboot itself, then, most likely, viruses have already appeared on the gadget. Also, there should be no doubt about this if the phone receives notifications about attempts to log into the account, which the owner did not make, the Zvezda TV channel notes.

On February 11, experts named mobile applications that slow down the operation of the smartphone and harm it, and therefore need to be removed from the device.
