The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of the city of Kirov revealed a violation in one of the city’s sports schools.
In the first half of 2020, experts checked compliance with the law in the implementation of regional projects of the Demography national project. During the events, the supervisory authority revealed gross violations of the law during the implementation of the activities of the federal project “Sport is the norm of life”. In particular, violations were found in the Bystritsa Sports School.
The press service of the department reported that the sports school has concluded an agreement with OOO “Group of Companies” PTK Sport “in the amount of 89,179 rubles. One of the positions indicated a wall stopwatch for 29,100 rubles.
According to the invoice, the sports school “Bystritsa” accepted the goods, including the four-hand wall stopwatch STS-4.60, without claims to the supplier and paid for the goods in full.
But in violation of Art. 34 of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation, the stopwatch was accepted and paid for on March 19, 2020, when in fact it was not there. This is also proved by the technical documentation, according to which the stopwatch was made and passed the Quality Control Department on April 13, 2020, and was sold on April 20, 2020. The director of the sports school “Bystritsa” was introduced to the performance.
