The court fined Ismailov for a fight at the MMA tournament in Moscow

The Kuntsevo Court of Moscow fined fighter Magomed Ismailov 10 thousand rubles for provoking a fight between fans at the Fight Nights Global Winter Cup tournament. This was announced on Saturday, December 26, at the court’s press service.

“The court found Magomed Ismailov guilty under Part 3 of Art. 20.31 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Gross violation of the rules of behavior of spectators during official sports competitions, if these actions do not contain a criminal offense”) and sentenced him to a fine of 10 thousand rubles, ”TASS reports from the press service.

The scuffle took place on December 24. The conflict began with a skirmish between fighters Magomed Ismailov and Vladimir Mineev, who attended the tournament as spectators.

After the fight between Nurullo Aliyev and Alexander Grebnev, Mineev entered the cage, took the microphone away from the latter and challenged Ismailov to a fight.

Ismailov entered the octagon, where the sides exchanged words, after which a scuffle began among the fans. In order to stop the fight, riot police officers had to intervene.
