A council of chief doctors was created in Omsk. Now all the most important decisions will be made collectively. The new structure includes the heads of 30 institutions.
“We have brought together the chief physicians of central district hospitals, outpatient clinics, narrowly focused institutions: cardio, oncology dispensaries, KMHC, Regional Clinical Hospital, in order to jointly make decisions that are transparent and understandable for everyone, whether it is the purchase of equipment, the merger of some institutions under the auspices of one, work within the framework of national projects and so on, “said the head of the regional Ministry of Health Irina Soldatova.
At the first meeting of the council, the merger of the city hospital No. 3 and KMSCH No. 7 was discussed, writes IA “OMSKREGION”.
In October 2019, it became known that five new hospitals would appear in Omsk. Design work is underway. Also, the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Roads of the region announced plans for the reconstruction of existing medical institutions.
