In the village of Malye Derbety, Maloderbetovsky district of Kalmykia, a school for 275 students will be commissioned by the end of 2020.
As reported on the website of the Kalmyk regional branch of the United Russia party, the construction of a new building for Maloderbetovskaya secondary school No. 2 for 275 places with a total cost of over 283.1 million rubles began last year. It is being built according to the regional project “Modern School” of the national project “Education”, the party project “New School” in accordance with the regional program “Creation of new places in the Republic of Kalmykia in educational organizations for 2016-2025”. It was planned that the school will open its doors in the new academic year.
However, in the spring, the district prosecutor’s office, wrote about this in “Moskovsky Komsomolets in Kalmykia”, “revealed some lag in the phased work schedule, since the heating, ventilation, heat supply and automation systems of supply systems, fire, security and alarm alarms are partially completed here.” The construction site was taken under the control of the supervisory authority and the Ministry of Construction of the Republic, as well as party members. The customer and the contractor were warned of responsibility for the failure to meet the deadlines for the completion of the facility.
These days, according to the representative of the contracting organization Yevgeny Tsekirov, the builders overcame the backlog and entered the schedule. Thanks to the well-developed system of logistics of equipment and the supply of materials, work has been completed on the installation of utilities and connecting the building to life support systems – to water supply, sewerage, heating and power supply. The active phase of finishing work and the arrangement of the adjacent territory has begun, which will house a children’s recreation park, a stadium, running tracks and several outdoor sports grounds.
A multifunctional gym with all the necessary equipment is also inside the building, they say that it will become the largest in the republic. The assembly hall with eight-meter ceilings for 200 people is also impressive. Spacious and bright classrooms with interactive whiteboards, projectors and digital laboratories, modern recreation for students and teachers, a cozy dining room and a medical office, a library with a book depository and workshops … The project was developed taking into account modern requirements for an educational institution, as well as the interests of children and teachers. We add that the school was named after the Honored Worker of Culture and Education of Kalmykia Kermen Ubushieva.
