The Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Tambov Region named the best coaches at the end of 2019. The best in terms of the number of points was the mentor of the E.T. Artyukhina Dmitry Kim. In the top three was also the coach of this sports school Alexei Kim and Vladimir Kryukov (CYSS # 3 martial arts).
They received a one-time payment of 36 thousand rubles.
The best are determined by the number of points. They are credited for different indicators – the training of athletes-graders, masters of sports, sports camps, the results of pupils in different competitions. At the same time, a coefficient of 2 was introduced for rural coaches, for coaches in Olympic sports it is equal to 3, and for mentors in team sports – 4.
The competition was held in the region for the eleventh time. More than a hundred specialists from cities and districts of the region took part. Among them, twenty of the most productive mentors were selected, who became the best trainers-teachers according to the results of work in 2019.
