Regional authorities have taken additional measures against COVID-19 amid rising incidence.
Since October 10, in the Volgograd region, all residents have been obliged to wear not only masks, but also gloves.
Since Tuesday, October 13, a mandatory self-isolation regime has been introduced for pensioners – earlier this was only a recommendation. Also, a third of the company’s employees and organizations must switch to a remote mode of work.
In addition, in the decree, which is published on the website of the regional administration, employers are recommended to reconsider the beginning and end of the working day. In particular, organizations are advised to move the working day forward or backward by an hour – this will help to avoid large crowds of people during rush hours on public transport.
