Studying in Kaluga schools and universities will be held in masks

In universities and schools of the Kaluga region, studies will be held in masks. This will affect both students and teachers, it was announced on Tuesday, August 11, during a meeting of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation to counter the spread of a new coronavirus infection, which took place in the videoconference mode, the press service of the Kaluga government reports.

“In the new academic year, teachers and students will have to wear masks, physical education will take place in the fresh air to the maximum, body temperature measurement will become mandatory. Similar measures will be introduced in schools,” the meeting noted.

Regular disinfection will be carried out in institutions without fail.

Earlier, due to the coronavirus situation, studies in educational institutions of the Kaluga region were transferred to remote mode. From September 1, studies will resume as usual.
