On July 29, Zenit St. Petersburg announced the departure of three players at once – Branislav Ivanovich, Igor Smolnikov and Oleg Shatov.
All players have expired agreements with the club. The press service of the blue-white-blue thanked everyone for their contribution to the development of the team and wished them success in the future.
The footballers said that they are grateful to the fans for their support and will remember the years they spent in St. Petersburg.
Recall that Shatov and Smolnikov have played for the blue-white-blue since 2013. Ivanovic joined the Blue-White-Blue in February 2017. He quickly became the team captain.
It is known that Shatov signed a contract with Rubin, Smolnikov – with Krasnodar. British “Everton” is interested in Ivanovich’s services.
