The Prosecutor’s Office of the Leninsky District carried out a check on the fact of finding the child on the roof of a 20-storey building in Smolensk.
Some time ago local media reported that a 12-year-old teenager was on the roof of house No. 5 in Novo-Chernushensky lane.
As the child himself told the investigators, he got to the roof through an open attic located in the third entrance of the house.
The director of the management company received an introduction. Now the doors to the roof and attic were locked. Locking devices are inspected every day. The responsible official was disciplined.
An administrative case was initiated against the mother of a minor under the article “Parents’ failure to fulfill their responsibilities for raising minors.”
