Skate season opened in Moscow parks

Skateboards, stunt bikes and rollerblades have been opened in Moscow parks. This was announced on Monday, April 26, by the press service of the capital’s mayor’s office.

Already now, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades and BMX can be ridden in 13 recreation areas, including Gorky Park, Sokolniki Park, Khodynskoe Pole, Krasnaya Presnya, Sadovniki parks, as well as the park on Olonetsky proezd, writes “ Moscow 24 “.

In late April and early May, special sites will be opened in Perovsky Park and in the Levoberezhie recreation area.

The sites will be open to visitors until late autumn in 15 recreation areas, specifies the Moscow city news agency. On some of them it will be possible to ride around the clock, writes RIAMO.

On April 16, it was reported that rope camps began returning to work in Moscow parks. Eight rope camps will operate on the territory of seven metropolitan parks in 2021. Three of them have already been opened: in the parks Fili, Krasnaya Presnya, Panda Park in Sokolniki. Routes of different difficulty levels were prepared for visitors.
