A local resident called on the radio and immediately asked about the timing of the lifting of coronavirus restrictions, which, according to her, prevent bona fide entrepreneurs from carrying out their activities.
The head of the region, in response, agreed that small and medium-sized businesses suffered greatly in the context of the pandemic, but noted that due to the increase in the incidence of diseases, it is not yet possible to lift the restrictions at once.
“Every week we met with entrepreneurs, discussed the situation, listened to their proposals and, together with experts, step by step removed restrictions. Unfortunately, the trend has now changed – the incidence rate has begun to rise sharply, and this must be stopped now, ”says Sergey Tsivilev.
In Mezhdurechensk, the incidence rate per 100 thousand of the population reached 779 people, while the average for the region is 174 people. The governor hoped that by August 20 the situation would improve and the restrictions would be lifted.
