The incident took place between a 35-year-old local resident and his 36-year-old partner in the village of Sergeevo in a garage.
While drinking alcoholic beverages, a man and a woman began to make fun of each other. The man, during the fun, threw the phone at his partner. The woman did not like the joke and she scolded the man, to which he became angry and threatened to strangle her. The 36-year-old lady-in-law became quiet, fearing for her life, and when the moment came she ran away and called the police.
A criminal case has been opened against Ryazan. He faces up to 2 years of forced labor, or up to 2 years in prison.
