The statements of American intelligence about Moscow’s interference in the US presidential elections are informational stuff that is not supported by anything. This was stated by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Ryabkov on Wednesday, March 17.

According to him, there is no basis for “this kind of inference.”

“This is another informational stuffing. There is nothing else there except reasoning in the spirit of the fact that, apparently, behind certain actions that do not suit the American side, there are structures related to Russia, “Ryabkov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry noted that any reports that have or are not available to certain structures are “adjusted” to certain guidelines.

Ryabkov also believes that the work of the US state apparatus “has long been a substitution of concepts.”

On March 16, the US National Intelligence Office released a report stating that China was not involved in torture to influence the outcome of the 2020 elections.

At the same time, Russian statesmen were accused of trying to help the re-election of Donald Trump and prevent candidate Joe Biden in the presidential elections.

The US Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, for their part, found no evidence of foreign influence on the presidential election.

Despite this, Washington has already announced the adoption of new anti-Russian sanctions.

The Russian Embassy in Washington, commenting on the report of American intelligence, called it a set of baseless accusations of the Russian side of interfering with American internal political processes.

On November 3, 2020, a general election was held in the United States. According to the official data of the electoral vote, Joe Biden received 306 votes from the states, and Donald Trump – 232.
