The Russian company Promobot, which is the largest manufacturer of service robots in Europe, signed a memorandum of promising cooperation and interaction with Beijing Huanuo Exiang (REX) Trading Co LTD (Russian trading company in China) (RTK) on November 23. In 2021, this cooperation should bring contracts for $ 500 thousand, says the statement of RTK (Izvestia has it).
It is noted that the signing took place at a meeting with RTK and the government of the Perm Territory with the participation of the Russian Export Center and the VEB.RF corporation. The memorandum is valid for six months.
“Under the terms of the memorandum, RTK will be engaged in the search for Promobot and selection of promising importers and distributors in China in the medical, entertainment and a number of other industries and will receive remuneration based on the results of completed transactions based on the“ pay for success ”principle,” said the Chairman of the Board of Directors Artem Sharov.
In turn, the parties will determine the size and terms of payment of remuneration within the framework of a joint working group, which will include two representatives of the companies.
Alexey Yuzhakov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Promobot, emphasized that cooperation with RTK will help the company find partners in China, as well as arrange export supplies to this country. In addition, he pointed out that the entertainment industry is developed in China, and the penetration of technology is very deep.
The goal of Promobot for 2021 in the Chinese direction is contracts with local organizations totaling $ 500 thousand. Promobot plans to supply three of its products to China – Promobot V.4 robot, Promobot Control terminals and Robo-C anthropomorphic robot.
At the same time, the company is going to work with Chinese partners from a branch in Vladivostok, which opened in 2020 with the support of the Far Eastern High Technologies Fund.

The Promobot company was founded in 2015 in Perm, at the same time it became a resident of Skolkovo. It is currently the largest manufacturer of autonomous service robots in Europe. They work in 40 countries around the world as administrators, promoters, consultants, guides and concierges, replacing or supplementing “live” employees.
