Residents of the Zavodskoy District of Saratov complain about a pack of stray dogs that rush at people. This pack also includes dogs with tags in their ears.
People reported their problem to Vzglyad-Inform news agency. The pack, according to them, lives in the area of ​​the 5th, 6th and 7th Dynamo passages and Ogorodnaya street. According to residents, the other day the dogs pounced on an elderly woman, and today – on a child. He is hospitalized.
Complaints were sent to the city administration, the Human Rights Commissioner and the Children’s Ombudsman. The authors of the appeals note that in the area where the pack of dogs lives, there are two schools and three kindergartens.
In the regional administration, the agency, in turn, was told that the employees of the MBU “Dorstroy” regularly travel to the Zavodskoy district and carry out all the necessary measures within the framework of the regional government decree. Repeated trips will take place from 25 to 27 January.
