Residents of Bryansk were killed in a head-on accident that occurred on Saturday, October 10, on the 233rd km of the M-3 “Ukraine” federal highway in the Meshchovsky district of the Kaluga region. The details of the incident are reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office.

“There was an accident involving Opel cars driven by a 48-year-old native of the Bryansk region and Volkswagen driven by a 25-year-old native of the city of Bryansk. As a result of the accident, both drivers were killed,” the press service said.

The prosecutor’s office took control of this incident.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kaluga region, the accident occurred at 14:30 Moscow time. According to preliminary data, the Opel driver drove into oncoming traffic and collided with Volkswagen.
