The 52-year-old defendant pleaded guilty to the incident. In addition, when sentencing, the court took into account the presence of small children. In addition to working off, he will have to pay a fine of 123 thousand rubles.
The Uten-Gala estate is located in the Dzheyrakhsky region of Ingushetia and is included in the list of identified objects of the republic’s cultural heritage.
