The prosecutor’s check, carried out based on the results of monitoring publications in local media and information received by the supervisory authority, established that, having received permission from the Kirov city administration to reconstruct two floors of the Novinka shopping center, the contractor performed work on the reconstruction of three floors, and without any permits … By the way, the required project was also missing. This construction arbitrariness as a result turned into a threat to the life and health of the visitors of “Novinka”.
The prosecutor of the Leninsky district made a presentation to the owner of the shopping center, the materials of the prosecutor’s check were sent to the regional ministry of construction. If the revealed violations of the law during the reconstruction of Novinka are not eliminated, the question of banning the operation of the shopping center in court will arise, the regional prosecutor’s office informs.
