Searches took place in the house of a man who is allegedly connected with the explosion in the American city of Nashville, Tennessee, writes Associated Press on Saturday, December 26.

FBI special agent Jason Pak told the agency that federal and local police investigators raided a home in a suburb of Nashville. Another representative of the department, who wished to remain anonymous, said that it was about the house of a person, in information about which the investigation was interested.

On December 25, Nashville police reported that a van exploded in the city center early in the morning. Three people were injured, they were taken to the hospital, nothing threatens their lives. Law enforcement officers noted that the incident occurred as a result of deliberate actions.

The next day, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee asked incumbent US President Donald Trump to declare an emergency after the explosion.
