In the Tver region, the police solved a murder that was committed ten years ago. Details are reported by the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A decade ago, a corpse of a man with signs of a violent death was found in the fire pond in the Soblago village of the Penovsky district. The suspect in the murder was detained in August 2020. A resident of the village of Peno, born in 1976, admitted that while drinking alcohol, he had a fight with the deceased, after which he hit him multiple times with his hands on the head and body. The man died from injuries, and the killer threw his body into a pond in order to cover his tracks.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Tver region, the question of the arrest of the suspect is being decided.
