Ella Pamfilova, head of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia, became the mentor of the super final of the Leaders of Russia 2020 competition. This was announced by the press service of the CEC on Monday, September 7.
“I am very happy with my job as a mentor. We did a great job with a girl from Kursk and two guys from Yekaterinburg and Tomsk. At first it seemed that they had directions very far from my field of activity: science, IT-technologies, ecology at the junction with the economy, but I saw that with their potential I could be very useful to them, ”Pamfilova said. According to her, in the process of such work, mentors receive an important impetus for development.
“I am worried about what happens to young people, so I am ready to spend my experience on this project. It is important to help young people, understand them and hear them, ”she stressed.
Today’s leaders must have a strategic view, but stand firmly on the ground and see the details that make up a complete picture of what is happening, the CEC chairwoman said. She said that she would like them to look at themselves calmly and critically, to give themselves an impetus to develop, to understand and develop their potential.
On September 6, on the basis of the Senezh management workshop in Solnechnogorsk near Moscow, the super final of the Leaders of Russia competition for managers started. According to the results of the competition, 100 winners will be selected, who will receive mentors from among the country’s leading statesmen or heads of large corporations or businesses.
