The Prosecutor’s Office of the Oktyabrsky District checked organizations for compliance with anti-corruption legislation.
According to the prosecutor’s office, in January 2016, the director of Sibstroykapital LLC agreed with the head of the autonomous non-profit organization of additional professional education TrudExpert to train employees. This was reported by the prosecutor’s office of the Novosibirsk region.
For training, he transferred over 350 thousand rubles to the account of a non-profit organization. But the employees of the organization did not attend any classes, but only received certificates of completion of the course.
The prosecutor’s office opened an administrative case for illegal remuneration on behalf of a legal entity.
The magistrate found Sibstroykapital LLC guilty of an offense and issued a fine of half a million rubles.
