New paid parking spaces will start operating on April 5

New paid parking places will start operating in several districts of Moscow on April 5. This is stated in a message published on March 5 in the Telegram channel of the Moscow Department of Transport.

New places will appear in the districts of Presnensky, Basmanny, Savelovsky, Airport, Danilovsky, Donskoy, Nagorny, Butyrsky, Lefortovo, Vnukovo, Strogino, Levoberezhny, Golovinsky, Koptevo, Voikovsky, Preobrazhenskoye, Novogireevo, Yuzhnoportovy, Nagatino-Sadovniki, Fili- Davydkovo, Vykhino-Zhulebino.

The changes will affect those streets on which objects of attraction for residents of neighboring districts and the Moscow region are located – shopping centers, parks, shops, business centers, and others. For residents of nearby houses there will be places “For residents only”. To be able to use them, car owners need to obtain a special permit from the MFC or online on the Official website of the Mayor of Moscow.

Earlier on Friday, it was reported that tariffs for paid parking will increase on 193 sections of Moscow streets.
