In the Kalininsky district of the Tver region, two unknown persons tried to treat children to ice cream. This was reported in the Vasilievskoe-Mikhailovskoe-Yakovlevo-Orudovo group.
According to local residents, the man drove around the village of Vasilievskoye and its surroundings with a friend in a silver Chrysler minivan. Men drank cognac while driving and offered children to treat them to ice cream.
Concerned residents reported the incident to the police.
Later, the man himself accused the locals of stupidity because of their reaction to the offer to children, saying that there is nothing wrong with a simple desire to please the children. During the trip behind the wheel with a bottle of cognac, the man also did not see anything terrible.
