On August 6, in the Kalininsky district of the Tver region, the driver of the car transported bottles in a child seat, and put the child under the seat. The incident was told in the district traffic police.
The incident took place in the Mednovsky rural settlement, where the driver of a VAZ-21083 car was transporting a child outside of a child restraint. At the same time, there was a car seat for transporting children in the car, but the man was carrying bottles in it. When the traffic police officers appeared on the road, carrying out preventive measures, the driver asked the child to hide.
However, the car was stopped. A protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against the driver.
