The court confiscated an abandoned agricultural land plot from the owner. This is reported by the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor.
In 2014, it was revealed that the owner of a plot with a total area of ​​4.15 hectares near the village of Yaltunovo, Ryazan District, does not fulfill the requirements and measures for land protection and soil protection. Inspection showed that the land was overgrown with weeds and trees. The man was fined three thousand rubles and 20 thousand.
Until the beginning of 2020, the owner of the plot was repeatedly obliged to bring the land plot into proper form. In response to the inaction of the owner of the land, the Rosselkhoznadzor appealed to the regional Ministry of Property, which in court seized the territory.
