The NATO summit will take place on June 14 in Brussels, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on the organization’s official website.

“I am pleased to announce that the next summit of the leaders of the alliance will take place on June 14, 2021 at NATO headquarters in Brussels,” the statement said.

As the Secretary General notes, the summit will discuss current issues of NATO activities, as well as issues on the agenda of the alliance until 2030.

Among such questions, he pointed out “Russia’s aggressive actions, the threat of terrorism, cyberattacks, new and harmful technologies, the impact of climate change on security, as well as the growth of China.”

On April 21, during the announcement of his message to the Federal Assembly, Putin noted Russia’s desire to have good relations with all participants in the international process. But for those who perceive this as weakness and provoke Moscow, a tough response will follow, the president promised.

“I hope no one will think of crossing the red line in relations with Russia, and we will determine where it will be,” the head of state said.
