Russia is doing everything possible to end the coronavirus pandemic in 2021. This was announced on Friday, November 27, by the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko.

“We are doing everything for this,” he told RIA Novosti. Thus, the minister answered the question whether he expects that the pandemic can end in Russia as early as 2021.

According to Murashko, the start of mass vaccination against this virus in Russia will begin in January-February, and for risk groups in December.

On November 20, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that victory over the coronavirus pandemic is close. According to him, the main thing is to ensure timely diagnosis of COVID-19 and receive medical assistance.
