Most Russians expressed a desire to receive a corporate pension

Most Russians want to receive a corporate pension from their employer in addition to the state one. This was announced on Thursday, February 25, by RBC with reference to the results of a survey of the Rabota.ru service and NPF Sberbank.

The experts interviewed over 3,500 people from all over Russia. Thus, 84% of the respondents were in favor of an additional pension from the employer. It is noted that this figure has increased over the year – in February there were 78% of such applicants.

Over a third of the respondents would like to be paid at least 30 thousand rubles a month.

Most of all, the issue of corporate pension worries people aged 36 to 55 – 85%. Among young people from 18 to 25 years old, 81% would not refuse such an additional payment.

The least trusted corporate pension programs (PPC) are in the age group over 56 years old.

As noted, only 3% are participants in the checkpoint, another 16% of the respondents know about the programs, 18% are not informed about them. The most knowledgeable on these issues are citizens over 56 years old, the least – young people 18-25 years old.

On February 18, it became known that the Russian Ministry of Finance plans to submit to the government a draft law on a new voluntary funded pension system for consideration.

It was noted that the document is being developed under the heading “secret”. It is planned to be submitted to the government for consideration by December 15, 2021.
