A Meshchansky court in Moscow has suspended the Wheely premium airport taxi Heathrow.

According to Vedomosti, the company should suspend its work for 90 days. The service decided to challenge this decision.

Earlier, Wheely refused to provide data on the movement of its cars to the Unified Regional Navigation and Information System of the city of Moscow, which is operated by the DCC.

The company explained this decision by the fact that such a requirement is contrary to the Constitution and the federal law on the protection of personal data.

After that, the Meshchanskaya Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office of Moscow conducted an inspection and stated that the refusal to transfer information to ERNIS could lead to a complication of the epidemiological situation in the city.
