In Tyumen, by October 15, it is planned to complete the improvement of the territory near the house number 23v on Gazovikov Street. This is reported by the city administration.
The builders were supposed to hand over the object a year ago, but the previous contractor violated the terms of work. Now there is a search for a company that will complete work on the site, writes the portal “Our City”.
So far, there are no benches and ballot boxes on the territory, and the lighting poles were not brought in those that were provided for in the contract.
At the moment, the contractor has planted 280 large plants, there are still 800 left. In the near future, the city authorities will hold an auction to find a company that will complete the work.
Till November in Tyumen it is planned to improve dozens of courtyards near apartment buildings.
