Over a day, more than a hundred explosive shells from the times of the Great Patriotic War were found in the city. They were examined by explosives technicians from the Russian Guard.

The press service of the department said that the first call came from Uchkuevka. There, the builders noticed an object resembling ammunition. It turned out to be a 76-mm artillery shell.

A couple of hours later, the Russian Guards went to Balaklava to examine another suspicious object – a working 82-mm mortar mine. The next message came from the Balaklava region. During the construction of the Patriot park, they found a lot of artillery shells and mines, cartridges for pistols and rifles, grenades and fuses for them.

The fourth call came from Orlovka. In the area of ​​the tenth coastal battery, the search engines came across six shells and an anti-tank grenade. The security forces cordoned off the places of all dangerous finds.
