On April 10, “Total dictation” was held at four Tula venues. This was reported by the press service of TSPU named after L.N. Tolstoy.
The Tula people could write it in “Octave”, Printing house, Tula regional scientific library and in TSPU named after. L.N. Tolstoy. Over 200 people took part in the action, who decided to test their literacy.
Let us remind you that “Total dictation” is held every year in a voluntary form for everyone. The action is carried out with the help of activists and volunteers, and the organizer is the Total Dictation Foundation, which is located in Novosibirsk.
Anyone can write a dictation. Usually the author of the text that is read at the event is a well-known writer. In 2021, they took the text by Dmitry Glukhovsky.
This year there were some innovations: for the first time they wrote a dictation in English.
