More than 100 thousand people applied for participation in the Leaders of Russia competition

More than 100 thousand people have already applied for participation in the fourth competition of managers “Leaders of Russia”. On April 26, at 23.59 Moscow time, registration is closed on the LeaderRossii.rf website. Alexey Komissarov, Director General of ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”, head of the “Leaders of Russia” competition, spoke about this.

Since the beginning of registration for the Leaders of Russia 2020 competition on the LeadersRossii.rf website, 35.55% of all submitted applications have come from the Central Federal District. The second place is occupied by the Volga Federal District (16.48%). Then there is the North-West (13.37%), as well as the Ural (9.58%) and Siberian (9.43%). Further, the Southern (8.27%), Far Eastern (4.1%) and North Caucasian (3.22%) federal districts.

Most registrations come from members between the ages of 31 and 35. This group accounts for 27% of all applications. From 36 to 40 years old is 26%. In addition, the contestants aged 41 to 45 years old – 17%, and the group of contestants aged 26 to 30 years old – 12%. Those who submitted orders were between 46 and 55 years old – 11%, and between 18 and 25 years old – 7%.

It is known that mostly men register for the competition (73%). Another 27 percent are women. Alexey Komissarov, Director General of ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities”, head of the “Leaders of Russia” competition, told about all this.

Most of all applications came from Moscow (12 407). The second place was taken by St. Petersburg (5,116), and the third – by the Moscow region (4,167 applications). Another 2,028 applications came from the Sverdlovsk region, and from the Krasnodar region – 1,872. Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region have sent 1,578 applications so far, and the Republic of Tatarstan – 1,573.

The Leaders of Russia competition for managers is the flagship project of the presidential platform Russia – Land of Opportunities. On March 26, Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” supported the start of the fourth competition.

The bidding campaign began on March 31st. The main difference this season is the new tracks. In addition, in addition to the specializations “Science” and “Healthcare”, the tracks “Business and Industry”, “Culture”, “Public Administration” and “Information Technologies” were launched. And on April 8 the track “Students” was added to them. In addition, on April 14, the International track started.

The winners of the competition will be awarded an educational grant in the amount of one million rubles, as well as the opportunity to work with a mentor from among the leading managers of Russia.
