The GU EMERCOM of Russia in the Smolensk region reports that work continues on the acceptance of educational institutions for the new academic year. Some educational institutions in the Smolensk region have already passed the necessary checks, and are currently systematically completing the necessary work.
The preparation of educational institutions is carried out in a planned manner, in accordance with the uniform requirements for the organization of inspections of educational institutions by the beginning of the new academic year. Acceptance is carried out jointly with the heads of educational institutions.
Last week, the head of the department for supervision and preventive work of Pochinkovsky, Monastyrshchinsky and Khislavichsky districts Yevgeny Bashkirin took part in the work of the commission for the acceptance of educational institutions located on the territory of the Monastyrshchinsky district.
During the inspections of schools and kindergartens, special attention was paid to the availability and operability of fire automatic systems, the compliance of evacuation routes with fire safety requirements, the availability and serviceability of primary fire extinguishing equipment. Another significant indicator is the knowledge of school employees when practicing actions to evacuate people in the event of a fire.
After conducting supervisory and preventive measures at the educational facilities of the Monastyrshchinsky district, we can say with confidence that they are completely ready for the new academic year.
