The total income of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin for 2020 amounted to 19.9 million rubles. This was announced on Friday, April 16, at the press service of the country’s government.
In turn, the income of the spouse of the head of the Russian Cabinet last year amounted to 63.9 million rubles. It is noted that this amount includes income from deposits in banks.
It is emphasized that the amount consists of income from the main place of work and income from deposits of funds earned earlier.
The press service also pointed out that before joining the civil service in 2010, Mishustin had worked in business for several years. However, after he became head of the Federal Tax Service (FTS), he transferred his assets to the management of his wife.
At the end of March, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that the head of state Vladimir Putin and senior Kremlin officials had submitted their declarations on their own income for 2020. He also added that the data will be published within the timeframe established by law.
According to the income statement for 2019, Mishustin earned 18.2 million rubles that year. The spouse of the head of government received 54.8 million rubles.
